The hotel was a mix of good and bad. The rooms were not clean, with crumbs inside on the bed sheets, but a kind lady offered to switch rooms. The service was friendly and helpful, feeling more like family and being a good value for the money. The location was tainted by dirt on the floor, not seeming like a recommended place to stay despite being close to the Mall of America. The dining options were limited with basic, unsatisfying choices.

My stay at the hotel had some ups and downs. The location was just what I needed, with great positives but also with some drawbacks like lots of crime activity. The rooms had some cleanliness issues and a cigarette smell despite being non-smoking, which was disappointing. The service was a mix of rude behavior and helpful assistance, with the staff going above and beyond at times. The dining experience was subpar, with limited options and stocking issues. Despite some shortcomings, the location was the most positive aspect of my stay.
